Emissions and Legal Compliance
All products designed, fabricated, and sold by Revive Ur Ride, including the MAFsync module and associated wiring harnesses, are intended strictly as performance and restoration parts. These products have not been submitted for testing or approval by any federal, provincial, state, or local environmental agencies (such as Environment Canada, the EPA, or CARB).
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to verify the legality of these parts in their specific jurisdiction and to ensure their vehicle complies with all applicable local highway and emissions laws before installation. Revive Ur Ride makes no claims or guarantees regarding the emissions compliance of vehicles equipped with our products.
Limitation of Liability
Modification of vehicle electronics, engine management systems, and wiring carries inherent risks. By purchasing, installing, or using MAFsync or any other Revive Ur Ride product, the buyer agrees to assume all risks associated with its use.
Revive Ur Ride, its owners, technicians, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the vehicle, engine, electrical systems, property, or persons arising from the installation, use, or misuse of our products or services.
Installation and Use
While MAFsync and our other products are designed for straightforward installation, we highly recommend that a qualified automotive technician handles any modifications to your vehicle's engine management systems. Incorrect wiring or improper installation can cause severe damage to engine components and the factory ECU.
Revive Ur Ride does not cover damage caused by improper installation, user error, neglected vehicle maintenance, or the use of incompatible sensors and hardware not supplied or explicitly recommended by us.
Custom Shop Services
For in-shop services (including engine swaps, electrical diagnostics, and bodywork), all estimates provided are subject to change upon further inspection of the vehicle. Custom fabrication and restoration work often uncovers hidden issues. We will communicate any necessary changes in scope or cost before proceeding with additional work. Deposits placed for shop time and parts are non-refundable once parts have been ordered or work has commenced.
